How to Use:

• Insert the Rotor into the Glass Bowl, aligning the Rotor with the Rotor Holder at the bottom of the Glass Bowl.
• Add food into the Glass Bowl.
• Place the Bowl Cover on top of the Glass Bowl, with the top of the Rotor protruding out from the hole in the middle of the Bowl Cover
• Place the Motor unit on top of the Bowl Cover, and lock the Motor unit, Bowl Cover and Rotor.
• Plug power cable. Switch ON.
• Press the ON/OFF Button and operate until the desired consistency is achieved.
• DO NOT operate appliance for more than 30 seconds. Rest for 2 minutes Repeat 2X.
• Cool down for 10 minutes before starting Steps 4-5 again. Switch the appliance OFF while waiting for appliance to cool.
• On completion, release the ON/OFF Button. Switch OFF. Unplug power cable.
• Detach the Motor unit from the Glass Bowl & Bowl Cover.
• Remove food from the Glass Bowl.

How to Clean:

• Switch the wall switch OFF. Unplug power cable.
• Make sure the blades have stopped running.
• Clean the Motor unit with a damp cloth.
• Wash & dry the Glass Bowl, Bowl Cover & Rotor and utensils with water & detergent with a non-abrasive sponge before and after use. Caution: Blades are sharp!
• Insert the Rotor into the Glass Bowl, aligning the Rotor with the Rotor Holder at the bottom of the Glass Bowl.
• Place the Bowl Cover on top of the Glass Bowl. Place the Motor unit on top of the Bowl Cover, and lock the Motor unit, Bowl Cover and Rotor.
• Store away from direct sunlight.
