RETURN POLICY

 

Can I cancel my order?

You may not cancel or make any changes to an order once it has been submitted. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact The Wonder Shop Customer Service at Contact Us.

 

What is your return policy?

Within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product, you may request to return a product only if it was faulty or damaged upon receipt and such damage was not due to your own action, omission or negligence. Mediacorp will review each return request and reserves the right to reject any return requests.

 

What are situations in which return requests may be rejected?

Return requests will NOT be accepted in the following circumstances:

  1. The product has been used or is not in its original condition;

  2. The product is returned without its original packaging, accessories, parts, or free gifts/free promotional items associated with the purchase and warranty cards (if any);

  3. The products and free gifts are returned in the same package, if the items were originally delivered in separate packaging;

  4. The Product has been damaged by you;

  5. Products such as lingerie, innerwear, swimsuit, cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, food and beverage items (perishable and non-perishable), food and health supplements, personal hygiene items, free gifts, precious metals (gold, silver, platinum), jewellery, electronic/digital devices, and such other items as may be decided by Mediacorp from time to time. For avoidance of doubt, electronic/digital devices includes smart TV, mobile telephone, tablet, phablet, personal computer and other similar items.

  6. Any consumable item which has been used or installed;

  7. Products with tampered or missing serial number;

  8. Missing manufacturer tag especially in case of clothes and shoes;

  9. Original seal is broken;

  10. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty;

  11. Warranty card does not allow for any exchanges or returns.


REFUND POLICY

 

When can I request a refund?

You can request for a refund only if your return request has been accepted. However, Mediacorp reserves the right to offer a refund, repair or replacement at its sole and absolute discretion.

 

What is the form of refund I will receive?

Any applicable refunds shall be made via the original payment method.

 

When should I expect to receive the refund?

Refund is subject to Mediacorp’s acceptance of the return request. Processing of refunds may take time and is subject to the processing timelines of the respective banks and/or payment providers.

How do I know if my order is eligible for 14 days money back refund?

Products with “14 Days Money Back Guarantee” indicated in The Wonder Shop product detail page.

Refunds are processed strictly based on the value of product price only. Any paid delivery charges will not be refunded.

  2. Purchases not made directly from The Wonder Shop (Example: JML Showroom or Retail partners)

  3. The product has been used or is not in its original condition;

How should I return my items?

Return the unassembled item in their original packaging, all original packing materials, manuals, accessories and gifts that come with the purchased Goods have to be returned together with the defective Goods along with the proof of purchase or receipt for a refund.
