1. Do products offered for sale on The Wonder Shop come with Manufacturer Warranty?

Selected products may come with a Manufacturer Warranty. Information on the product features and Manufacturer Warranty is available during our livestream and on the website. You will receive the product warranty card and related information inside the packaging (where applicable).

 

2. Will the item sold on the website look exactly like what I saw on the TV/website?

The Wonder Shop’s top priority is customer satisfaction. We are committed to bringing you convenient products and services offered by reputable suppliers/manufacturers. We endeavour to use our best efforts to describe and present the products’ functions and features accurately where possible as provided by the suppliers/manufacturers. However, do note that the colour, size and other details may vary from the actual product due to lighting or screen resolution differences.

 

3. How to check product information and stock availability?

ORDER

1. How do I buy online?

  • Go to wondershop.sg.

  • Go to the ‘Product Page’ and click ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Buy Now’

  • Click on ‘Check Out’ and key in your information in the Billing Information

  • Confirm the ‘Shipping Information’ and ‘Shipping Method’

  • Select your preferred payment method in the Payment Information tab using the relevant payment options

2. Do I need to register an account to shop at The Wonder Shop?

 No, you can checkout as a Guest to make a purchase with The Wonder Shop. However, we recommend that you register an account at The Wonder Shop to stay tuned to the latest updates.

 

3. Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

Yes, you will receive an email notification detailing your order summary upon successful order placement.

 

4. How do I track my order status?

Registered account users can track your order status via My account. Alternatively, you can contact The Wonder Shop Customer Service at Contact Us.

 

5. Can I change the delivery address / phone number / recipient for my existing order?

Please contact The Wonder Shop Customer Service at Contact Us and our Customer Service Executives will assist you further on your request where possible. Do note that if the order has already been processed, such changes may no longer be possible.

 

6. Can I change the payment method for my existing order?

Unfortunately, once the payment is made, the system does not allow change of the payment method.

 

7. Can I cancel my order?

You may not cancel or make any changes to an order once it has been submitted. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact The Wonder Shop Customer Service at Contact Us.

To facilitate a smooth and prompt exchange, please pack the wrong item(s) into its original packaging along with any accessories, parts and free gifts/free promotional items associated with the purchase and warranty cards (if any).

 

10. I received damaged/defective items, what should I do?

Within 3 days from the date of delivery of a product, you may request to return a product if it was faulty or damaged upon receipt and such damage was not due to your own action, omission or negligenceYour request is subject to The Wonder Shop's Terms and Conditions. DELIVERY

1. When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery timeframe is usually within 3 to 7 working days (excluding Public Holidays) but this is subject to your location, availability of the product, sellers’ delivery timings and other factors. Do note that this is only an estimate and actual delivery time may be longer.

 

2. How do I track my delivery status?

3. Why have I not received my order yet?

We regret that delays in delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact The Wonder Shop Customer Service at Contact Us and our Customer Service Executives will assist you further on any queries which you may have with regards to your order.

 

4. Is there any delivery cost charged to me?

There may be delivery charges incurred which will be set out in your order.

 

5. Do you deliver to overseas addresses?

The Wonder Shop’s sellers cover only local delivery within Singapore.
