Note

  1. Regular Cleaning: After each use, allow the Gourmet Chef WarmMate to cool before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the tempered glass surface. Avoid abrasive or harsh cleaning agents, as they may damage the surface.
  2. Avoid Water Exposure: Prevent water from entering the main unit’s bottom during cleaning. If water enters, wipe it dry and ensure complete drying before the next use.
  3. Stacking for Storage: If you are stacking the boards for storage, ensure they are clean and dry to prevent any potential Mold or Odor development. Store them in a cool, dry place.
  4. Maximum Board Limits: Do not exceed the recommended limit of 15 boards when spicing them together. Overloading may affect the even distribution of heat.
  5. Dish Preparation: Ensure that the food placed on the warmer is suitable for warming and does not require additional cooking. It is not a cooking appliance but designed for maintaining warmth.
