Usage Warning

• Before using your pan for the first time, hand-wash with warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly, then season by lightly rubbing cooking oil onto the interior surface and heating the cookware over medium heat for two to three minutes
• Avoid using nonstick aerosol cooking sprays in your pan
• We recommend only using silicone, nylon, bamboo or wood utensils when cooking
• Do not overheat an empty pan or leave it unattended on the cooktop
• Your cookware is oven-safe up to 400ºF (204ºC). Do not use under an oven broiler unit
• Place your pan down gently and always lift to move instead of sliding especially on ceramic glass cooktops to avoid damage or scratches
• Always let the cookware cool before washing
• Although your pan is dishwasher-safe, natural aluminum will discolor when placed in the dishwasher. To preserve the performance and beauty of the interior and exterior finishes of your pan, we recommend hand-washing and drying with a soft, non-abrasive towel
