Boil

• Place bag in boiling water.
• Frozen: 15 - 20 mins
• Defrosted: 5-10 mins

Steam

• Remove food from bag
• Frozen: Steam 10 - 20 mins
• Defrosted: Steam 5-10 mins

Microwave

• Remove food from bag Defrosted: microwave 5-10 mins
