The Wonder Shop x Shakura Promotion is available exclusively to FIRST-TIME customers with skincare concerns.

FIRST-TIME customers refer to customers who have not made any purchases, or who have not made a purchase with Shakura in the past 2 years.

Shakura Customer Service will reach out to you within 3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

If you have made a purchase from The Wonder Shop and verified that you are an existing Shakura customer, Shakura Customer Service will contact you for a refund via PayNow or PayLah.

All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Customers must be at least 18 years old (based on their birthdate). You may be asked to provide your NRIC for age verification. Customers below 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Please note that this promotion is exclusively valid at Shakura’s Singapore outlets and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions.

There are no hidden costs. It is at the customer’s discretion whether to purchase the packages recommended by our Beauty Consultants.
