Made using fresh, never-frozen Australian pork leg meat, each slice is paired with premium Hanrabong citrus from Korea’s Jeju Island for a naturally fragrant finish.
The bakkwa is marinated using a four-generation family recipe and charcoal-grilled by hand, delivering a tender texture and a refreshing citrus aroma that is subtly sweet without being overpowering.
No preservatives, tenderizers, or artificial colouring are added.
