This toner with a moist feeling generously moisturizes your skin. Despite having a thick texture, it penetrates into the stratum corneum quickly when applied, and hydrates your skin generously, giving a dewy and moist feeling. Ingredients derived from Japanese and Chinese herbal are included to condition your skin.

Since its birth in 1977, the LisBlanc brand has always focused on the natural protection of skin. This series uses natural water extracted 200 meters underground at the company's factory at the foot of Mount Yatsugatake, known as Japan's most famous water town.
