This toner with a light feeling penetrates deeply into the stratum corneum. Having a smooth texture like a bottle of pure spring water taken at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake, it hydrates your skin well while giving a clean finish and fresh feeling. Ingredients derived from Japanese and Chinese herbal are included to condition your skin.

Since its birth in 1977, the LisBlanc brand has always focused on the natural protection of skin. This series uses natural water extracted 200 meters underground at the company's factory at the foot of Mount Yatsugatake, known as Japan's most famous water town.
