• Clean & dry your skin. Peel off 3 release films on each patch.
• Paste 1, 2 or 3 patches onto Tiantu, Danzhong, Dazhui acupoints as needed:
  (i) Tiantu - helps to soothe throat irritation and respiratory tract, opening the airway to improve breathing.
  (ii) Danzhong - helps to help dissolve phlegm, reduce chest congestion and discomfort.

• Paste patches once a day, for 4 to 6 hours and remove the patches.
• Maintain normal level of water consumption during patch usage for optimal effectiveness.
