Our Bak Kwa is made from premium fresh Australian pork leg (not frozen meat) and marinated using a four-generation family secret recipe. It's manually charcoal-grilled, without any preservatives, meat tenderizers, or artificial colorings. Enjoy the rich tangerine aroma, fresh and tender texture, sweet but not greasy!
