How To Use

1. Unfold and Position 

• Unfold the treadmill by raising the handlebar and securing it with the side locking knob
• Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface with enough clearance around it

2. Connect Power 

• Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet
• Turn on the power switch located near the base

3. Attach Safety Key 

• Clip the emergency stop magnet to your clothing
• Insert the safety key into the designated slot on the console—this activates the treadmill

4. Start the Treadmill 

• Use the remote control or console buttons to start the treadmill
• Begin at a low speed (1–2 km/h) and gradually increase to your desired pace

5. Adjust Speed & Incline 

• Press the speed (+/-) or incline (+/-) buttons on the remote or console to change intensity as you go
• The incline can be adjusted in 8 levels for added workout variety

6. Monitor Your Progress 

• The LED display will show time, distance, speed, and calories burned throughout your session

7. Cool Down and Stop 

• Gradually reduce speed to a walking pace before stopping
• Press the stop button or remove the safety key to end the session safely

8. Storage After Use 

• Turn off the power switch and unplug the treadmill
