The SafeHome TSS910C is a battery operated smoke detector which utilises a photoelectric sensor. Photoelectric technology allows the detector to be more sensitive to detecting slow smoldering fires which generate thick black smoke and little heat. With a reliable 9V battery the smoke detector has a battery life up to five years. Replacement batteries can easily be purchased from local hardware stores or super markets. When low on battery, the smoke detector produces an alarm as a reminder for battery replacement.

How To Use

• Install smoke detectors on ceilings, ideally centred and at least 10 cm from walls or peaks
• Set up mounting brackets or remodel boxes
• Place units in every bedroom, the hallway outside sleeping areas, and on each floor, avoiding kitchens, bathrooms, and vents that may trigger false alarms
• Download the application on your mobile and link the smoke detector
