How To Use

• Clean and dry your feet
• Peel off the backing paper from the adhesive sheet
• Place the pad in the center of your foot with the sticky side facing the skin
• Press firmly to secure
• Repeat on the other foot
• Leave on for 6-10 hours (overnight for best results), then wash and dry feet after use
