We're proud to present our Travel Beverage, Cherry Bomb Drip Coffee suitable for both filter and espresso brews.  Roasted to a medium-light degree to emphasise its fruity profile, this coffee is produced under Operation Cherry Red, hailing from the village of Kebado, in the Sidamo province of Ethopia.  Operation Cherry Red is a special small scale initiative, where before the annual harvest, coffee farmers prepare to produce special micro-lots of only 1500 to 3000kg of coffee using only 100% Ripe Red Coffee Cherries. Our coffee farmers pick out the fully ripe red cherries from all the arrivals, selecting only the most perfectly ripe ones.  Cherry Reds make a big difference in the cup, as they possess deep aromas and naturally sweet taste profiles that are truly exceptional. We've managed to encapsulate the lush, sweet aroma of tropical fruits (pineapples) paired with flavours of wine - slight tannins, sweetness with a hint of tartness, in our Wine & Pine premium drip coffee travel beverage.  With beans that hail from small-scale coffee farms of Gunung Tujuh of the relatively new and developing coffee region of Kerinci in Sumatra, Indonesia, you will taste the earthiness, spice, cocoa and heavy body of a typical Sumatran coffee that stems from volcanic soils that provide an incredible amount of nutrition for coffee plants to nurture and thrive.  Laced with a lingering sweetness of slight spice, reminding one of the much-loved Gula Melaka used in Singaporean dessert recipes, this coffee is roasted to a light-medium roast and best enjoyed with any filter brews or as an adventurous espresso.
