How to use
- Place the appliance upright on a horizontal, stable, dry and heat-resistant surface. Damage to the appliance may occur if it is placed on an incline or decline.
- Add water into the Outer Pot up to the maximum level.

- Add suitable amounts of foods & liquids between 50% and 80% of the height of the Ceramic Pot (maximum 90%). Place the Ceramic Pot Cover on top of the Ceramic Pot.

- Place the Bracket around the exterior of the Ceramic Pot and lift the Pot, using the Bracket, into the Outer Pot. DO NOT add food & liquid into the Outer Pot directly.

- Place the Glass Lid on top of the Body and over the Ceramic Pot Cover.
- Attach the power cable to the wall socket and switch the wall switch ON. A "Beep" sounds and the Display reads "OFF".
- (optional - Preset function Press the Preset Button. The Display reads "0:30", which means that the heating will be delayed by 30 minutes. If you wish to modify the delay time, you can press the "+" Button or "-" Button continuously. The minimum delay time is 30 minutes, while the maximum is 9 hours 30 minutes.)
- Press the Function | Cancel Button on the Control Panel.
- The 1st Function (Baby porridge) is engaged. The red Indicator light will illuminate, and the heating will commence according to the default duration (2 hours 50 minutes for Baby porridge). If you wish to modify the duration, you can press the "+" Button or "-" Button continuously. However, if you wait too long, the duration displayed is input into the system, and the duration can no longer be changed. When this happens, just press the Function | Cancel Button and start again.
- If you wish to access other functions, press the Function | Cancel Button continuously until the required function is reached. Then repeat step 9.
- When the food is cooked, or should there be a need to stop the appliance from heating, simply press the Function | Cancel Button on the Control Panel. The Display reads "OFF" and the heating will cease. Turn the wall switch OFF and unplug the power cable from the wall socket before removing the Glass Lid from the Body.
- DO NOT touch any part of the appliance, except the Lid Handle or Control Panel Buttons Knob when the appliance is hot and always wear protective, insulated oven gloves when inserting or removing items from the hot appliance.
- DO NOT direct steam at any person or animal & one's hands and face should be angled away from the Glass Lid and Steam Vent and the rim of the Glass Lid at all times.
- Pour the contents out and enjoy your delicious meal.
How to clean
- After switching off the appliance, unplug the power cable from the wall socket, remove the Glass Lid and then the Ceramic Pot from the Outer Pot and scoop out its contents, allow sufficient time for the Ceramic Pot, Ceramic Pot Cover and Glass Lid to cool.
- Wash the Ceramic Pot, Ceramic Pot Cover and Glass Lid as you would any ceramic bowl or glassware using water & mild liquid detergent with a non-abrasive sponge. Dry using a soft cloth and allow to air-dry. The Ceramic Pot, Ceramic Pot Cover and Glass Lid can be washed in the dishwater. However, DO NOT leave the Ceramic Pot standing in water for long periods of time, i.e. water in contact with the outside (not inside) of the Ceramic Pot.
DO NOT use metal scouring pads as these might cause surface abrasions on the ceramic surface which might later develop into cracks. - Wipe the exterior of the Body using a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Remove stubborn spots with a cloth moistened with mild liquid detergent. DO NOT use abrasive scouring pads or powders. Never immerse the Body in water or other liquids.
- Invert the appliance to remove any remaining water. Put a small amount of water with a little detergent into the Outer Pot and clean with a soft sponge or cloth. Wipe it dry using a clean cloth. DO NOT add large amounts of water into the Outer Pot as shown below.
