How to Use:

• Add sufficient water into the Water Tank.
• Place food items on the Bottom and/or Top Shelves carefully.
• Place the Bottom Shelf on the Heating Base, with the Steam Rack on it. Place the Top Shelf onto the Steam Rack, with the Cover on it. Note: both trays need not be used. When both trays are used, odour from different foods can transfer across both trays.
• Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a soft, dry cloth.
• Switch the appliance on. The appliance will begin heating immediately. Heating will cease when the appliance is switched off or when the Heating Base is dry. The ON/OFF Button on the Heating Base stops illuminating.
• Once cooking is completed, switch the appliance off.

How to Clean:

• Switch the appliance off. Wait for 30 minutes for the appliance to cool and invert the Heating Base to pour out excess water.
• Wash the Cover, Shelves, Steam Rack and Measuring Cup (Caution: Egg Pin is sharp!) with water & detergent with a non-abrasive sponge. The Cover, Top & Bottom Shelves and Steam Rack may be cleaned in the dishwasher.
• Wipe the exterior of the appliance using a soft, damp cloth. Remove stubborn spots with a cloth moistened with mild liquid detergent. Never immerse the Heating Base in water or other liquids.
• Dry the components thoroughly.
