It’s highly recommended to replace the filter every 6 months or after 1800L of water is filtered to ensure the filter works in highest standard. Upon purchase, 1 water filter will be provided.

How To Prepare Your Water Dispenser Filter For Use

• Fully submerge the filter in water overnight to remove excess carbon dust and improve water filter flow
• Place any object on top of the filter to prevent it from floating
• It is normal for the water to be cloudy durng the soak as the excess carbon is being removed - This will not happened when the filter is working upright
• After this process, the filter will be ready to use
